  Monday Music
Monday Music for Schools is a repeat performance of a Sunday Symphony, the following Monday during the school day. These are fun-filled hour-long concerts that engage young listeners in learning about music and the symphony orchestra.

This program is specifically geared toward elementary school students. Since Monday Music is organized as a school program, teachers are able to work with students both before and after the concert to maximize the educational value of the experience. One of the additional advantages of coordinating Monday Music with the area’s public and private schools is that it reaches youngsters, including a good proportion of inner city youth, who might not otherwise be able to experience the ASO’s many programming opportunities.
