Albany Symphony | Empire State Youth Orchestra
The Albany Symphony and the Empire State Youth Orchestra join forces in a free concert of popular movie and video music including selections from Star Wars, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Moana, and Howl’s Moving Castle. This concert is made possible by the Innovation Partnership, MVP Health Care and the County of Albany.
You can also PLAY-IN! Bring your instrument and join the Albany Symphony and Empire State Youth Orchestra (ESYO) on stage and play-in on one of the most iconic pieces in film music history.

Empire State Youth Orchestra engages more than 600 youth from across New York’s Capital Region and Western New England in the joyful pursuit of musical excellence. Guided by outstanding teaching artists, coaches and conductors, members explore their potential alongside like-minded peers in an environment that is musically daring and seriously fun!

Parking & Accessibility Information
Parking: Paid parking is available in the MVP Parking Garage, located behind and attached to MVP Arena. Entrances can be accessed from either Market St. or Beaver St.
Accessibility: One exterior access ramp at the southeast corner (South Pearl and Hudson Streets) affords access to the MVP Arena Box Office and exterior elevator, which travels between MVP Arena and concourse levels. Wheelchair users and mobility-impaired should use this elevator to enter and exit. One box office window has been designated for wheelchair users.
Handicap parking is available at surrounding parking garages. If walking is difficult, it is suggested that a mobility impaired patron be dropped off in front of MVP Arena or park on level 3 of MVP Arena Garage.
