Box Office Policies & Hours of Operation
Box Office Hours:
The Albany Symphony Box Office will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00am-4:00pm. On concert weeks the Box Office will be open Tuesday-Friday 10:00am-4:00pm. On concert days the Box Office will open 2 hours prior to the event start time (open at 1:00pm for a 3:00pm concert, open at 5:30pm for a 7:30pm concert).
Tickets, donations, and subscriptions are available 24/7 at purchase.albanysymphony.com.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are eligible for 1 year (12 months) after the original date of purchase. Gift vouchers can be used to purchase concert tickets or season subscriptions.
Ticket Exchanges:
Albany Symphony ticket holders are entitled to free ticket exchanges until 5pm on the Friday before the performance. Exchanges are only available for Albany Symphony performances within the same season for which the original ticket was purchased (For example: a ticket for a November, 2025 concert is only eligible for exchanges through June, 2026.)
Ticket Credits:
If you’re unable to attend a concert, the value of the tickets can be applied to your patron account as a credit. Tickets must be converted to credit before the originally scheduled performance, and cannot be converted to credit after the performance has passed.
Refunds:
All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Tickets can be exchanged to a different performance occurring within the same season, converted to an account credit to be redeemed within the same season, or converted to a donation to support the Albany Symphony.
Processing Fees:
An automatic $3 ticket fee will be applied to each ticket purchase, including phone, website, and in-person sales. An automatic $5 order fee will be applied to any orders that opt for mail delivery. The $5 mailing fee is waived for print-at-home (e-ticket) and will call delivery.
