Renewing online is easy!

1) Sign in to your Albany Symphony Account

2) Navigate to the Fixed Subscriptions tab

3) Select buy subscription to renew your held 2026- 2027 subscription

4) Select the Concerts you would like in your subscription (if applicable) and indicate the number of packages you will be purchasing

5) Review your held seats (marked with a ticket icon)

5b) If you have not attended a subscription in one of our venues before, you will be asked to select a seat in that venue

6) Review your contact information, select a ticket delievery method, and proceed with payment

You will recieve a confirmation email and an email containing your tickets shortly after placing your order.

Step 2) Navigate to the Fixed Subscriptions tab

3) Select BUY SUBSCRIPTION to renew your subscription

3) Select the concerts in your subscription (if applicable) and indicate the number of packages you will be purchasing

5) Review Your Held Seats (marked with a ticket icon)

5b) Select tickets for venues you have not attended in a subcription

6) Review your contact information, select a ticket delivery method, and proceed with payment
