The Albany Symphony is proud to be a partner orchestra of the National Alliance for Audition Support (NAAS), an unprecedented national initiative to increase diversity in American orchestras. NAAS will do so by offering Black and Latinx musicians a customized combination of mentoring, audition preparation, financial support, and audition reviews.

2025-2026 base scale rate of pay is $136.81/service.

Time: Timeslots are sent to applicants one-week before the audition date.
Deposit: $75 (The deposit is only charged in the event that you do not inform us at least 3 days before the date that you are no longer able to take your audition.
